is the Founder and Chief Economist of Citinomics, a consultancy focused on urban and real estate economics and local public policy evaluation. He is a former Research Economist and Associate Policy Adviser at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and a Distinguished Visiting Professor at Emory University. His work has been published in leading economics journals including: The Review of Economics and Statistics,Management Science and the Journal of Urban Economics and the Journal of Urban and Regional Economics and his work has been cited by The Washington Post and the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Dr. Cunningham is a Homer Hoyt Fellow and a recipient of the of the American Urban Economics and Real Estate Association’s Dissertation Prize. He Received his Doctorate in economics from Syracuse University (Maxwell School), and his undergraduate degree from George Washington University.
